What Happens Next?

Upon receiving a valid takedown notice, we will:

Review the notice for completeness and validity.
Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content promptly.
Notify the user who posted the content (if applicable) and provide them with a copy of the notice.
Respond to your request within 5 business days.

Counter-Notification

If you are a user whose content has been removed and you believe the removal was a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification by emailing support@specs.gg with the following information:

Your full name and contact information.
Identification of the material that was removed and its location on the site before removal.
A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
Your consent to the jurisdiction of the courts in your district (or Norderstedt, Germany, if outside the US).
Your physical or electronic signature.
